Before the session, we will send a screening questionnaire to help gather your requirements and assess how we can best help solve your business needs. This service level provides a dedicated, focused, and strategic approach to recruitment. If a candidate leaves within the first 90 days, we offer a 50% fee rebate or a replacement at no additional cost. This service ensures you secure the right talent with upfront clarity and confidence.
